UBCO Reflection
Having been determined to attend UBCO for nursing, I focused on taking courses with transferable credit. Though I subsequently lightened my course load, I occupied the remainder of my time devoting myself to various volunteer opportunities with diverse client populations. I believe familiarity with the hands on aspect of nursing is as essential as my education. I maintained my grades while balancing multiple volunteer opportunities to gain priceless experience caring for individuals with varying demands. Upon admission to UBCO, I will embrace the opportunity to start a full time course load while continuing the compassion and empathy I learned.
