Should not wearing a seatbelt be illegal? When you go state to state you see what… A big white sign saying click it or ticket… Why put those sign out when people know the law. Either they will obey the law or they will not. It should not be illegal not to wear a seatbelt it’s a decision to wear or not wear a seatbelt. The law in 33 of the 50 states is mandatory seatbelt. The fine for not wherein a seatbelt ranges from $10 to $250 that’s just for the first offense it doubles every time after that. Should not wearing a seatbelt be illegal? To me wearing a seatbelt is not fun, cool, or comfortable but when it comes to safety I’m all down for anything and everything. In my head and too many other people wearing a seatbelt shouldn’t be illegal. To most people in the world people seatbelt wearing is a decision and if you think to be not to wear your seatbelt is totally up to you. The other 17 states that don’t have seatbelt laws are the smart ones because they know that people will make their own decision to wear a seatbelt or not. That other states that don’t have a mandatory seatbelt law still look for people that don’t wear there seatbelt but don’t harass people on wearing and not wearing their seatbelt. There is one question left to ask on the subject and topic of this paper its do you believe wearing a seatbelt should or shouldn’t be
