turon
1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
If you happen to visit one of your favorite malls here in the town most especially their supermarkets such as SM Hypermarket, Robinson’s Supermarket and Metro Supermarket, you can notice that they are all selling “turon”, which they started selling a year or a couple of years ago. Turon an all-time favorite Filipino merienda is starting to boom as a profitable business nowadays as not just the local mall supermarket are into the business of selling “turon” but to almost every canteen in a university. Let’s not go far by looking at Holy Angel University where almost every canteen is selling all-time favorite turon. That is why; we had come up to present “Cardava Turon” as our original product for the YEntrepMan Business Plan.

“Cardava Turon” came from the word “Cardava Banana” which means “Saba Banana” in the Philippines.

Cardava Turon was made possible because of the booming “turon” business. We’ve thought that selling “turon” could be a better idea to produce a product that is known and saleable. But because of our innovative mind and ideas, we had thought of ways on how to introduce our product more differently and more uniquely. We will not just produce the common type of turon rather we will produce the future best-selling merienda in town, which every individual will crave and that is Cardava Turon.

Cardava Turon is basically turon inspired product but with an exciting twist. As we all know that one of the best businesses to venture into nowadays when it comes to food are the siomai carts. Almost everywhere in the city you can see and buy siomai. Thus, we incorporated the well-known siomai to our product by producing our Cardava Turon in siomai style. Cardava Turon is a turon that looks like a fried siomai. In this case we would have our target market to be thrilled and puzzled by looking the appearance of our Cardava Turon. Fried siomai turon?? Let’s try it!

We’re not done yet! We had not just uniquely and creatively modify the turon

Our team of six is preparing a report in order to establish an image of a new brand of chewing gum in the current market in Bangladesh. We first analyzed the market—talked to different retailers about the brands with the highest demand. We questioned them about the prices of the chewing gum they were selling. The report includes analysis of the current market for chewing gum in Bangladesh—product analysis, price analysis, and promotion analysis. After knowing about the product and consumers perception about the product we decided to come up with a product of our own and we call it “hOurGum!”. There were all kinds of gum in the market, but we found most of the gums were imported from countries around the world. So, we decided to launch a product in the local market with standard of the global market. In short, we can conclude that our gum will be available at the price of other local gums in the market, but maintaining international standard of the gum industry.…

Santoor is the third largest soap brand in India and the largest selling brand in the South + West India (value MS – 13.5 per cent). The ‘ageless skin’ campaigns and innovative marketing strategies have helped Santoor grow faster than the industry and gaining share over the years. One of the reasons for this is the consistency in communicating the core proposition of younger looking skin while keeping the message contemporary over the years. Also, the focus on providing the right value to the customer has contributed significantly to the brand’s success. The growth was also achieved on the back of a strong distribution network and communication in rural areas.…

    Tulak

“Tulak” is a movie about drugs, how to recover from it and what effects will happend in our body. For me this movie was good. I would recommend to watch it to those who are using and addicted to drugs. There is always a reason behind a person using drugs. Some people just used it for fun, used it to avoid there problem, used it to escape reality, used it because they are afraid to face the truth of the world. “Tikboy” the main character of the movie was trying to recover from his drug addiction but it needs lots of effort to recover. He is a good person and know what’s right. Once you try drugs it’s hard to recover from it so better not to try drugs. Drugs are also dangerous to our health, even though it gives us satisfaction once you overused it, it can destroy our body. We should also be aware of the people we know. Friendship is important, so we need to correct our friends mistakes. Drugs are just wants not needs. We need to let the world know that illegal drugs are dangerous. We should also stop selling illegal drugs. The story of Tikboy’s life was sad and scary. The government should also be stricter about drugs and find those people who use illegal drugs. The title of the movie is also good cause for me it means we need to push ourselves harder so we can overcome this addiction, same as what Tikboy did after he knew that drugs just ruined his life and starts to recover from…
