Our first stop is in Trinidad and Tobago , We Touched Down Jn Port Of Spain And Proceeded To The Hotel To Freshen Up A Bit . Once All Of That Was Done We Headed Out To Participate In The World 2nd Largest Celebration Of Carnival Basically A Large Scale Cultural Festival Or Street Parade . They Play Soca , And Calypso Music While Doing Local Dances Like " Whining "
While Admiring All The Culture We Were Participating We Soon Got Into Challenge Mode , The Task Was To Learn A Trinidadian Song And Dance And Perform On Stage With Marshall Montana Though It Seemed Easy We Needed A Way To Contact This Soca Monarch And Then Reach The Level To Perform With Him .
We Soon Set Out To Prepare Buying Costumes Learning Rhythms And Lyrics , And Interacting With Different Locals Hoping To Find A Connection , Or Link To Achieve Our Goal , We Soon Stumble Upon A Two People , One Just Happened To Be A Back Up Dancer And The Other a Member Of The Band . They Soon Invited Us To Rehearsal Where We Were Served Macaroni Pie And Callaloo Homemade ! It Was Absolutely Amazing .
This Is A Traditional Meal Made In Many Homes And Restaurants , Many Serve It With Chicken Of Some Sort , Because Many Are Private Farmers . But Back To The Challenge We Danced The Routine Until It Was Perfect And Then We Finally Met The Man Himself Michael Montana , But There Was Another Challenge He Wanted Us To Prove We Learned The Culture By Cooking A Meal For Him .

The Callaloo Made From Green Vegetables And Spices We Tried To Perfect This Meal But Let's Just Say We Did Our Best . Shockingly He Was Pleased And Let Us Steal The Show And Then We Were Off To Our Next Destination .
