Treva's Effective Relationships With Employees

Treva is starting to develop many effective relationships with her team members, co-workers, and customers. She has also developed positive working relationships with other staff in different departments in the Jennings building, and outside social service agencies. Treva is always pleasant. She is respectful and courteous to others. She does keep her supervisor informed if she will be away from the office for a few days. She reviews her cases with her supervisor to discuss any difficult cases, complaints, or concerns. She responds in a timely manner to telephone calls, and emails from management, her peers/co-workers, and customers. She handles stressful situations well to try to find workable solutions for those involved in the care and well
