In this paper I will describe the social problem, I will give a statement or a description of the social problem; I will explain why this problem qualifies as a social problem, I will indicate the sociological theories that explain this social problem, I will discuss the individual and social implications of Transgender Rights and Inequalities with data to support the findings. Transgender children are put at such a higher risk than adult transsexuals due to the fact that they are so vulnerable and feel so much more displaced in the world.
