Leadership is a role relationship, is also a kind of special powers by managers. Bass and Avolio
(1933) described the development of leadership is the ability to subordinate leaders in all aspects of moral and motivation, to persuade subordinates heat. Leadership is to inspire members of the organization, so that one of the members has the ability to have complete confidence in the organization's objectives. The objectives among others combine the following:
1. To analyze the impact of Transformational leadership style on productivity.
2. To analyze the practice of Transactional leadership style on productivity.
3. To analyze the practice of laissez-faire style of leadership on productivity.
Research Question:
This study shall address the following research question:

1. is there a significant relationship between Transformational leadership style and productivity?
2. is there a significant relationship between Transactional leadership styles and productivity?
3. Is there a significant relationship between laissez-faire leadership style and productivity?

It will help to enlighten the management of the organization on the need and criticality of having autocratic leaders in the organization. It will enlighten the employee on their positions and duties to the leadership in the organization and other additional factors. It will point out the reason why employees behave positively to a respective leadership style of a manager and also aim at explore ring what causes workers to be dedicated and contracted to their liabilities.
