Contextual Factors The township of Clark is located in southern Union county, New Jersey. The area of Clark is 4.494 square mile. The of people living in Clark is estimated to be 15,535. Clark is a suburban community. According to the 2010 census, there were 5,562 households out of which 30.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.4% were married couples living together,9.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.4 were non-families. All households were made up of individuals and 12.0% had someone living alone who 65 years or order. The average household size was 2.63 and average family size 3.15. The median age was 43.8 years.
