Tourism is a dynamic and competitive industry that requires the ability to constantly adapt to customers' changing needs and desires, as the customer’s satisfaction, safety and enjoyment are particularly the focus of tourism businesses. The wide range of using Internet in tourism: online booking, advertising, paying money by credit cards or debit cards With modern vehicles, smartphones and tablets, travelers can now potentially enjoy their own portable concierge in the form of their personal devices Trick advertising leads to the tour is not good as expected

The tourism industry has coordinated with relevant ministries and bodies and localities to build and complete major mechanisms and policies on tourism such as Tourism Ordinance, Tourism Law and national action plan on tourism Example of policies: people have to protect the view, the precious animals Open resort freely without permit
