ToolsCorp Corporation, being a company that is intending to expand its operations by breaking into global marketplace, should have a full mission statement that is both customer and societal oriented. The mission statement should be aiming at responding to the customers’ needs as well as promoting the environmental and corporate social responsibility in the market region of its expansion. The provisions of the mission statement should provide the foundational principle of both attracting the customers and giving the company a competitive advantage over the existing corporations that will be in the new marketplaces.
