It is more important for universities to improve the facilities than hire famous teachers.

As long as I concern, There have been always debating the pros and cons of the statement that improvement to facilities are more essential than hiring popular teachers for universities. I strongly disagree the above statement for the following two reasons. My two rationale are as follows: the first priority of students in the universities is to learn something meaningful as well as the capable teachers can make a bridge between the students and the fields

To begin with, the foremost essential thing for students is to increase knowledge in the subjects as they choose their program. For this, teacher plays vital role to develop their skill in related field. Some people might assert that, availability of resources, equipment is also equally important for the students to learn well however without having well educated and experienced teacher, those facilities cannot have great potential for better education. To illustrate with an example take the case of mina, my friend, she has joined one university in nepal for electronic engineering. That college has all the facilities they need but in one subject called electronic device which requires 8 practical, but unfortunately because of teacher's poor performance they could not perform more than 2 practical in lab. Thus, best utilization of resources and facilities for student is only possible by the outstanding teacher.

Furthermore, proficient teacher can make connection between the students and fields. Nowadays, university applicants often estimate a university by its facilities that would offer convenient academic circumstances. However, introducing high tech installments and making bridge to specified field for student would be very difficult without qualified teacher. Therefore for better future career of students, teacher plays an important role for the foundation of their aim and purpose to the specified field.

    1. Students pull out of a bag a sentence. Students then draw a picture of the Present Continuous sentence they selected. For example “Two men are running”. This is appropriate because the student has to decipher how to translate the sentence into a visual representation. The accuracy of the picture is a measure of understanding, and racing adds a fun element.…

Question 1- 7 Hotels were among the earliest facilities that bound the United States together. They were both creatures and creators of communities, as well symptoms of the frenetic quest for community. Even in the first part of the nineteenth century, Americans were already forming the habit of gathering from all corners of the nation for both public and private, business and pleasure, purposes. Conventions were the new occasions, and hotels were distinctively American facilities making conventions possible. The first national convention of a major party to choose a candidate for President (that of the National Republican party, which met on December 12, 1831, and nominated Henry Clay for President) was held in Baltimore, at a hotel that was then reputed to be the best in the country. The presence in Baltimore of Barnum's City Hotel, a six-story building with two hundred apartments, helps explain why many other early national political conventions were held there. In the longer run, American hotels made other national conventions not only possible but pleasant and convivial. The growing custom of regularly assembling from afar the representatives of all kinds of groups – not only for political conventions, but also for commercial, professional, learned, and avocations ones – in turn supported the multiplying hotels. By the mid-twentieth century, conventions accounted for over a third of the yearly room occupancy of all hotels in the nation; about eighteen thousand different conventions were held annually with a total attendance of about ten million persons. Nineteenth-century American hotelkeepers, who were no Ionger the genial, deferential "hosts" of the eighteenth-century European inn, became leading citizens. Holding a large stake in the community, they exercised power to make it prosper. As owners or managers of the local "palace of the public,” they were makers and shapers of a principal community attraction. Travelers from abroad…

If we analyze, education requires a big amount of money from its first brick till the completion. In our country for the last 60 years our government is spending hardly one percent of its yearly income to the education. Where as developed countries are giving maximum attention to the education and giving eight to ten percent of its yearly budget to the education. In foreign countries instructional staffs are highly payed but in our country the lowest salaried are paid to the teachers. Most of the institutions are with insufficient accommodations .most of the classes in every institution is very big in numbers and these become difficult for a teacher to handle. Play grounds are not there. Books required for the students to consult are not available in the existing libraries. Financial hard pressed teacher cannot give full attention to the students .Students living far away from the institutions are not provided with the transport Tuition faces are in most of the institutions unaffordable for the parents .course books are very costly and most of the books are not available in the market . most of the laboratories not exist in the institutions and if these are then not equipped with the apparatus…

As the United States falls further behind economically and educationally, citizens start to point fingers in every direction. Economically, the majority of the fault is placed in the hands of the executives that brought the United States into the war. Educationally, however, most citizens tend to blame the lack in production by students on teachers. Teachers are a small cause of the low productivity problem of students, but why would teachers feel the need to dedicate time to students when they are not paid as well as other professionals? Even the teachers that do devote time to their students do not get paid anymore than the teachers who do not. Educators have no incentive to improve their performances in the classroom, resulting in a limited number of good teachers. Merit and increased pay is needed in order for teachers to strive to be better and to get the US’s education system out of the dumps.…
