To What Extent Does Strictly Legal Promote Client Confidentiality
6.0 Client Confidentiality
Strictly Legal promote client confidentiality by acting in accordance with our privacy statement and policies and procedures, which support the Trust Account Supervisor's compliance with chapters 8 and 11 of the Rules of Conduct and Client Care of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act and the Privacy Act 1993.

6.1 Strictly Legal, and its staff, understands they will come in contact with confidential information as part of the trust accounting process. Strictly Legal are committed to protecting and holding in strict confidence all information concerning a client, the retainer, and the client's business and affairs acquired in the course of administering your trust account.

6.2 Strictly Legal will never share or remove any confidential material of any kind unless authorised as part of our duties, policies and procedures, or with the express permission or direction to do so from the Trust Account Supervisor. The exception being, exceptional circumstances which require mandatory reporting, as outlined in our privacy statement. Where Strictly Legal is required to disclose information, it will be only to the appropriate person or entity

8.0 Termination
Termination of your subscription must be given to us in writing. We will complete your paid monthly subscription services as per the agreed terms.
9.0 Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms apply to any current engagement and also to any future engagement whether or not we send you another copy of them. We are entitled to change these Terms from time to time and the most current Terms will be available on our website. If you do not notify us to the contrary, you will be deemed to have retained us on the basis of such Terms except to the extent that we agree otherwise with you in
