Pursuant to the U.S.C. § 552 and the Alabama Open Record Law Al. Code §36-25A-1 et seq. To that end, Alabama Citizen Ralph Timberlake petitions the HCSB and you, to provide him with a complimentary copy of the HCSB’s request for information policy. Also, Citizen Timberlake bids access to, and the opportunity to obtain copies of the HCSB’s public documents. In addition, Citizen Ralph Timberlake sought the above information January 2017; however, the HCSB did not honor his entreaties fort public documents. Furthermore, Citizen Timberlake supplicates for access to and he seeks a gratuitous copy of the Huntsville School HCSB Bylaws.

The two were staying at the Ramada Inn Hotel and had just came from breakfast when they were approached by a young black man who held them at gunpoint, took Mrs. Stephens' purse then proceeded to shoot her between the eyes.
