“STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING”
24th – 26th JUNE, 2013

ABOUT STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) enables us to examine series of dependent independent relationships simultaneously. SEM is particularly useful in testing theory that contains multiple equations involving ‘complex’ relationships between observed (measured) and unobserved (latent) variables and also relationships between two or more latent variables with the help of software i.e. AMOS. The pedagogy to be used in FDP would include discussion based on case study, practical demonstrations and hands-onexperience.

SCHEDULE FOR FDP
 Exploratory Factor Analysis.  Handshake with AMOS.  Multiple Regression using Path Analysis.    
