Abstract
The Online Updating of Instructor’s Personal Data Sheet for Batangas State University JPLPC – Campus is a tool for updating the instructors information. By means of online updating information, it minimizes the time and effort done by the human resource staffs and instructors. Through the use of modern technology, the instructors can avail the update through internet and at the same time the human resource department can retrieve their record. Instructors can view their personal information online anytime.
This system is projected for the Instructors and Human Resource Administrator of Batangas State University - JPLPC Campus. This system is protected by a password and username. Instructors can only access their accounts and HR administrator can view each instructors informations. All the diagrams presented in this paper will help the user and readers to understand the flow of the system.
Summary
The proposed system strives for the development of a new system the Online Updating of Instructor’s Personal Data Sheet for Batangas State University-JPLPC Campus . The online system promotes accesibility in everywhere for instructor and HR Administrator
Instructors in Malvar Campus used manual system in filling up their personal data sheet (PDS).The as-is system have been time and effort consuming for the busy instructors of the university. The instructors use the conventional PDS form given by the Human Resource department. The system purpose is to provide more adjacent, accessible and highly technological system in the university.
