 Any special diagramming conventions used.
 Existing software (or hardware) that is relevant to the

 Methodology:
 Presents use cases and a system design (architecture, protocols,

diagrams, etc.)

 Implementation:
 Describes implementation in detail
 describes the system design in all respects as deeper as possible,

down to the code level.
 Do not attempt to describe and do not include large pieces of code in this section.
 Complete source code listings should be separated from project thesis and must be submitted in an electronic form i.e. CD/DVD  Put difficulties as well as any unseen problems you encountered during implementation phase of the project in this section.

 Discuss to what extent you achieved your goals
 Include comprehensible summaries of the results of all

critical tests that were made.
 Critically evaluate your project’s strengths and
weaknesses.

 Conclusion in this section precisely describe:
 Summary of the aims and objectives of project.
 Restate the main results i.e. what is achieved.

 Future work:
 Explain what you have not achieved all that you
planned at the start;
 In any case, your ideas will have grown during the
course of the project beyond what you could hope to
do within the available time
 Future Work section is for expressing your
unrealized ideas i.e. ‘I have thought about this’, due
to lack of time could not do so.
 A good Future Work section should provide a
starting point for someone else to continue the work
you have initiated.

 Do not include any reference which is not cited in
the body of thesis.
