ABSTRACT
The Valenzuela City Polytechnic College Started in the year 1996 by Edison Nalo, it is located at Kamagong St. Fortune Village 6, Parada, Valenzuela City. Since the institution started they keep producing graduates for the four-year course they offer which are Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education, Major in Electrical Education, Major in Mechanical Education, Major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology Education, Major in Electronics Education Science, Major in Food Service Management, Major in Civil Technology, HRM, Major in Drafting, Major in Welding and Fabrication Technology.
As stated on their mission they must develop and produced competent and competitive human resource as foundation for growth and advancement of City of Valenzuela. To be able to achieve their mission the Office of the Registrar monitors all the graduates. And, this kind of transactions handled by Ms. Marilou Palomar which is one of the staff of the said office.
The current operation of monitoring the graduates is the Alumni will personally go to the office based on their respective schedules to request a Transcript of Records (TOR) along with a certification of graduates. This certification served as evidence to the student if he/she is graduated of this school, program and batch or year. But, before they issue this certification the alumni should fill-up a form containing the information of the graduates such as, name of
