INTRODUCTION

Technology plays a vital role in the business world (Adolpus,2001). It provides the equipment and scientific procedure on which almost all companies use to strengthen their capabilities. With the continuous study of new communication technologies, the use of technology in business has increased the workload to enhance the profits of a company (Kubesh, 2009).
Accounting and information technology go hand in hand with accounting applications being very popular with many business. It is rare to see any business using pencil and paper to process accounting anymore (Lowell,2003).
Most of the information systems use in the business industry are in accounting. The accounting system is an example of transaction processing system, which is important to maintain in any business. Any inconsistency with the data can cause the downfall of the business (Trainor,2006).
When Acterna Philippine Representative Office closed down in January 2004, a single proprietorship company, AIESS Test Solutions, was born. AIESS was the authorized distributor of Acterna products doing promotion, sales (both pre-sales and post sales), training, demonstration, and first level support. The orders are still being booked and processed by Acterna. But since the business is growing, Testronix decided to convert AIESS into a corporation. The SEC registration was completed and was released last November, 2005 and with TESTRONIX, INC. as the approved company name.
Testronix is diversifying and now cater not only test equipment
