Question 1:

There are five trait of personality to be a leader which is extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. A successful company is a leader can lead a group of people toward the achievement of goals. So, I found the two important trait of personality from Teow .

First one is Extraversion. The extraversion demension captures our comfort level with relationship. Extraverts tend to be gregarious, assertive, sociable, and optimistic. An extraversion leader can let his around of employee feel comfortable and employees are no work in stress atmosphere. In my opinion, Teow is a extraverted leader because from the paragraph one said that Teow believes that a company ‘s biggest asset is its workforce . He put healthy of employees as priority of consideration .He carry out his WHP program for his 60 employees show that he holds an enthusiastic personality and energy.

Despite the initial setback only 10 percent in the organized activities, he consist believes that employees who possess a healthy mind and body will contribute to the overall growth productivity of the organization shows that he is inclination to experience positive emotion. Keep the positive thinking everything will keep smoothly and around people also will influences from you .This is very important trait to a leader. He being a sociability leader because he leads by example by taking part in all the organized activities and he like socializing with his employees. Let the employees participate the various program. The leader skilled in handing social engage people follows in the organization. Those traits definitely prove Teow is a extravert leader can lead the WHP program process effectively.

The second important trait of personality from Teow is conscientiousness. The conscientiousness dimension is a measure of reliability. A highly conscientious person is responsible, organized, dependable, and persistent and is achievement oriented. In addition, conscientiousness shows itself in concern for following established rules. I think Teow is a conscientious leader because he responsible and consist carries out the WHP Program, even there is only 10 percent in the organized activities. He shows his persistent and remained convinced didn’t give up and continuously achieve his program. He believes of the intended transformation of the company. In the fourth paragraph point out, he continuously works on improving the policies to better integrate workplace health promotion within the organization culture.

In addition, he has included WHP as a component in the performance appraisal that affects the employees’ bonus payout. A points system, monetary tokens, and award recognitions were also given to motivate employees who made the effort to lead healthier lifestyles. The purpose of this is hoped the employees support and active participation the WHP program. He has strong organized to his program and he will...
