Theme Of Ethos In Julius Caesar
Ethos: “He was my friend, faithful and just to me". By saying this, Antony is justifying his relationship and credibility of knowing Caesar. He is saying that he was always fair and just and only a true friend would know this.

Logos: "And Brutus is an honorable man". Throughout his speech, Antony repeats that Brutus is an honorable man however, he is being sarcastic. Before each time he repeats this, he has made a point of logic to disprove his loyalty. Like when he reads the will this logically proves that Caesar was not tyrant.

Pathos: "This was the unkindest cut of them all". Antony creates an emotional connection with the crowd when he makes them look at the stab that Brutus, Caesar's friend created. Drawing on the emotion of pity,
