The world I want
“The World I Want”

Who wants to live in a world full of violence? No one! Everyone wishes for a better world. A world that is simple and doesn’t have too much conflict. A world everybody can live at ease and relax. An environment deprive of wars, fights and crimes. That is the world that I want and strive for. A world that everyone is trying to achieve.
A world of peace, that is the type of place I want to live in. A world where I can let my children play outside the house, without worrying that something might happen to them when I'm not looking. I want a world where safety is granted to everyone. A world where there is political stability and there are no wars or at least conflict is reduced to the minimum. I don’t think that more people should be dying because of foolish reasons.
I hear a lot of bad things happening around the world and it scares me. Recently, there was an accident about a shooting in a elementary school at Connecticut. About 20 student died and some are injured. This accident happened out of nowhere and now a lot of people have lost the people they cherished. This is what I want to change about our world, actions that are absurd and has no meaning, that would only caused people to suffer shouldn’t be allowed. And I am not the only one that wants to change it, everyone in this world wants it to be true so they don’t have to suffer from some meaningless action.
World peace that lasts forever, that is what I want and not only for me, I want it for my future children, and for all the people that has had enough of suffering. So to all the people that is trying to achieve this kind of world, we should work harder. And I’m hoping that someday, peace will not be just a dream, and become a reality.

The author’s purpose is to persuade the Americans that everyone is equal and one day everyone will live in peace by fighting for their rights without violence. “I Have a Dream” by Martin Luther King is the most compelling speech because the diction as well as other forms of figurative language have made the speech sound more official and important.…

With every amazing and innovative step forward humanity creates, we cause to even more war and strife, humanity can be an incredibly ugly race at times, unfortunately. Whenever we do end up with peace, it never lasts. It is occasionally speculated whether it is even possible for there to be true peace across the world. While of course everyone would like to believe it possible, you sometimes have to wonder after some of the disgusting things we have created. That is why I so desperately wish for a utopia free of war and strife, a place where my family, friends, and even random strangers can be safe and happy…

I want to be able to leave a positive mark in the world, to be able to come home every night doing something I felt had great value and made a real difference. In doing that, I wanted to give myself greater value, by helping others toward their life goals by achieving one of my own: doing something I could be proud of. I wanted a stable career; one which I was in control of. I wanted to achieve a steadfast path by eeking out one road; rough as I knew it would be. I wanted to create a better life for me, and for my family. . I wanted to help others that are going through rough times. But I also help children develop resiliency skills so that they are better prepared when they hit those rough…

My own view of a utopian society is fairly simple, a place in which there is no pain, no crime, no anger, no corruption, where there is no need for "justice", a place where murders would never take place. The government would be a public government, in which all citizens would take actions they make would be fair not ingnerent like our govement. Women and men would have equal writes and shar opinons. If a war would start in my utopian nations and friends and answer 'stop this is a place of love'.But in society today this would never happen. than society would answer the call to war and fight to protect their homes. Also i would try protecting my nation, governments, to help protect/uphold laws and to rebuild the economy. Every person would be perfect have a home, good education and health, and grow up in the safety of a caring family. In nature they would be no killing, food would be grown and not effecct the food chain and we would eat speacly bread animals.…

I have a dream that one day our world will come together as one and fix the mess that we have left behind in our tracks. It seems to me that everyone has forgotten what South Africa, our great and beautiful country, is all about. Being free does not mean being violent and cruel to your environment, your peers, or your world. This all just goes back to the saying, “You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.”…

If I could change the world, there will be no wars. Look at that man over there," I said, pointing to someone who was frantically holding the dying man who was shot upon our arrival. "He can tell you about the helpless feeling of holding a dying friend in his arms, feeling the life flowing out and not being able to do anything about it. What will happen to that dying man's family? If he is the breadwinner of the family, how will the rest of his family survive? If he is the only son of an old mother, how many sleepless nights will the mother spend weeping for her lost son? If I could change the world, nations will learn to forgive and forget each other's mistakes. Nations will learn to respect each other's religion, culture and perspectives. Leaders of nations will not hunt for reasons to harm and to attack, but will search for ways to help and to cooperate for a better…

World peace is what everyone wants in life and I hate to be the one to break the bad news to the world but it will never be perfect. Everyone wants this but I find that it will never come true because we as people are not perfect and never will be so we might as well live life with all of our flaws and show that we aren’t perfect. Also living life revolving around your family because we have a short time here on earth, which I also have my family as a major part of my life. But if I could tell people the way I would want them to live it would be by their favorite quotes. I live by three main quotes and have taken away from them that you should have; no worries are constantly learning, and having a strong faith within.…
