The Whole Person Case Study

The Whole Person receives funding from both federal and state government. With the new direction of government, The Whole Person would like to diversify our funding sources. We seek to gain a new source of unrestricted funding by way of our social enterprise. In determining a social enterprise we took into account staff resources that we can use in our new endeavor which lead to the selection of Erik Nelson (social enterprise manager) who has a significant knowledge capital in both job training as well as the restaurant industry.
