The Whale Rider
The film Whale Rider is a story of a young girl who faces many hardships to prove to her grandfather that she is just as good as any man in the world. This film is a great example to show to young girl who are growing because it gives them inspiration to do whatever they please and I believe that that is the many reason that the film went on to win numerous awards. In my opinion this film did not need any Hollywood a-listers to be a great film but instead that the plot, themes, cinematography all put together is what made it an award winning
