The Way We See Me

The way I see myself definitely varies from one degree to another. For instance, I am not at all tactful as I am imaginative. This is another reason why I perceive myself as being slightly quiet. I chose these answers because I know that I like to think a lot to myself and am more observant of others around me than I am of myself. Since I am rather quiet, I haven’t really practiced my communication skills as much as I’d like and thus why I am not very tactful. On a more positive note, I do see myself as extremely imaginative and friendly. I chose to rank myself high on these two because I always try to treat others the way I would want to be treated and was always told that I was extremely curious, imaginative, and artistic as a child. I believe I still am.

It is so interesting to read the different perceptions that my friends and husband see of me. For example, my husband had very similar results to mine because he lives with me and sees me everyday. He has known me for ten years now and it is reassuring that he knows me so well. The only thing that we both seem to entirely disagree on is how imaginative I am. He believes that I am only slightly as I think that I am extremely. I believe this is because my husband is a big talker and he likes to verbally express his ideas where I would rather put them down on paper. As for my two friends opinions, they are slightly different. The two of my friends are actually a couple who lives together. The one I have know for ten years, where as the other I’ve only know for two. Both seem to agree that I am not at all selfish but also extremely considerate of others. This makes me feel good, as I have stated previously that I always try to treat people with the utmost respect that I would want from others.
