The Way to Success
Success
Life’s a cafeteria here. We can get anything we want as long as you are willing to pay the price. We can even get success, but success but we’ll never get it if we wait for someone to bring it to us. We have to get up and get it yourself. Success is defined differently by different people. Most people think of success as making it big in power and money. The way most of us look at success is in being happy and contented not for instants but more consistently.
We grow by dreams. All big men are dreamers. Success is that way just a little after the splat. We have failed many times, although we may not remember. We fell down the first time we tried to walk. We almost drowned the first time we tried to swim. Don’t worry about failure.
If we fail, it doesn’t mean we are a failure. It does mean we have not yet succeeded. Failure doesn’t mean that we have accomplished nothing it does mean we have learned something Failure doesn’t mean we have been disgraced but it does mean that we dared to try. Failure doesn’t mean that we don’t have it; it does mean that we have done something in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean that we have wasted our life; it does mean that we have a reason to start over. Failure doesn’t mean that we should give up; it does mean that we must try harder. Failure doesn’t mean that we’ll will never make it. It does mean that we need more patience. Failure doesn’t mean that we have abandoned, it does mean we must have another idea. The secret of success is in two words “—Right decisions”. And we make right decisions by our experience and we get that experience by two words—“Wrong decisions”.
Also people are different. Some people work well under pressure and need goals. While others just fail under pressure and are better functional in a nurturing environment. The only work ethic that works is listening to our heart as much as possible. In the end what counts is how self—referred we are i.e. our heart is telling us what to do and how to

Because success is not easy to achieve for many, it becomes a priceless "commodity." Success becomes every person's dream or illusion. Some people respond to such a dream by taking action through the use of one's talents and strengths to grab it little by little along the course of their lives. A few have luck along their side and so are able to grab success on the large scale as a result of their hard work. Yet others choose not to respond and take a step towards the success they are aiming for. These people are the ones who are stuck in the rut and remain to dream their illusion of success.…

My generation finds success in graduating from high school others find it in not getting pregnant in high school. Some might find it in having a lot of money or getting a career and having a family or finding someone worth it of spending their time on. I believe that if you have self-determination then there is no such thing as failure, only improvements. This means that if I work hard enough and put my mind to it, I can do it. I may not reach my accomplishments right away but if I do want to be successful I will have to have failed many times before I reach what I to accomplish. Many people around the world face many hardships and struggles. They will fail multiple times, but this is what motivates them to work harder and achieve their goals. Some people jump to the highly controversial conclusion that people who have failed are weak and incompetent. This is a false accusation many individuals make since failure actually helps builds character and shapes you as a leader. Henry Ford once said “failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. Failure gives you another chance to fix your mistakes, and learn what you did wrong to improve yourself. To be successful you need to experience failure so you can understand your mistakes and reflect on your wrong doings. Failure is something everyone needs in order to accomplish their dreams and goals. Being successful involves failure, and failure consists of being persistent…

What is success? If someone would look in the dictionary, they will find success as a favorable or desired outcome, the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence. After moments of thoughts they will be convinced that the question is not an easy one to answer. We always hear people talking about successful persons, but we never know what they mean by it? If someone has a loving family but does not have a large bank account, does this mean he/she is not successful…? Many of the most enduring and satisfying forms of success has nothing do with acquiring power, wealth, or fame. Some people believe that only money defines success. Money can buy apparent…

Why do we fail? It is a difficult question to answer. As Tony Robbins said, “I have come to believe that all my past failures and frustrations were laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.” Success is not earned easily but requires hard work. The only other option is failure, where shortcuts are taken to be successful without the application of work. Growth occurs through periods of downfall and reconstruction which can lead to one’s success. Self improvement begins with studying the errors made and coming up with a devised plan to succeed.…

It is not about who you were, but it is about how we can learn to adapt to the new environment with a new culture. My parent had to struggle to make a living; I remember both of my parents had to work at a restaurant; cleaning tables and washing dishes. At that time, there was no dish washer, so everything had to be done by hand. They came home exhausted every night, and after a few years working in at the restaurant, my mom decided to make a switch and went to learn how to do nails. She heard from her friend that it is easy to obtain the license, and she can make more money than working at the restaurant.…
