Overview
The Walt Disney Company has become one of the most recognized organizations in the world. The company is spirited by the success of its theme parks, resort hotels, consumer goods, and movies. Because Walt Disney’s personality, dreams, and attitudes still influence the company until now. He successes and battles with distributors, strikers, merchandisers, and even friends left an indelible mark on the man and the realization of his dream.
Linkage between Corporate and HR Strategy. HR is able to support the corporate strategy but it should consider the following issues: * Diversity Management is very important when the company wants to grow * Demographic aspects should be considered in the recruiting strategy, maybe a focus on a untapped labour source is necessary * In order to ensure customer satisfaction employees should be motivated e.g. by benefits or compensation * Innovation should be implemented in the HR Strategy e.g. awards.

Short Analysis and Recommendation
There is two-fold corporate strategy, such as: a.) to build the greatest entertainment asset base in the world and b.) to simultaneously create the greatest entertainment product in the world. Since its founding in 1923, The Walt Disney Company and its affiliated companies have remained faithful to their commitment to produce excellence entertainment experiences based on the rich legacy of quality creative content and exceptional storytelling. The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise with four business segments. During this firm experiences, the Walt Disney Company has several key of excellence or success factor which are: * Focusing on revitalizing underperforming areas (new strategies for consumer products and Home video), initiatives to drive long-term growth, continuing development of creative, innovative etc. *
