This situation should not even exist in the business world. The companies that rip off the insurance companies eventually get caught and end up going out of business due to huge fines and government shutdowns. I know that the federal government does not appreciate insurance fraud and Empress if caught would face the maximum punishment that could be handled out by law. Unitarian approach The Unitarian approach optimizes the benefits for the greatest number of people. This would include establishing a conflict free workplace as possible. This can be accomplished if the managers and worker’s objectives are in agreement with each other. This approach is not feasible in today’s fast growing and complex business world. (Study Mode 2014) The decision that Antonio would reach if he used the unitarian approach he would do something and blow the whistle on Empress.
Antonio would face the consequences and think about his co-workers and the growth of the company. The only problem with the Unitarian approach to this problem would be the company’s reputation. Antonio should not let Kevin take the fall

The hiring company has a representative at human resources who thoroughly checks your employment record. If you were with Empress for a couple of months or years the hiring company would find out sooner or later. You can not have any gaps in your employment history. If you have a gap in your employment history the hiring company will want to know where you were and if you were incarcerated. The best advice I would give is to always by up front with the hiring company.The hiring company will understand that Empress told you to do unethical things And you were left in a terrible possible. The hiring company who gets on your case for blowing the whistle on Empress is not a company that you want to work for anyway. A lot of people would try to hide that they did not work for Empress which is understandable. No one wants to admit that they were fired. The hiring company has certain standards in which they can hire people. I believe that if you are fired for your own negligence then you will not be hired by top companies.
