RE: The Soupspoon Wise Case

The client is Mr. Soupspoon Wise he is a Blues artist saxophone player. Last month Mr. Wise was in a car accident when he was leaving the Red Dog Saloon with his then girlfriend Tanya Trucker.
Mr. Wise and Ms. Trucker had just gotten into his Porsche, which was parked in the Red Dog parking lot, and put on their seat belts when a white Ford Bronco came racing from behind the Red Dog building and swerved right at them. The Bronco driver hit the brakes of the car but it was too late and it slammed head-on into Mr. Wise’s Porsche.
The passenger air bad deployed it but Mr. Wise’s air bag did not. Mr. Wise was knocked unconscious and doesn’t remember anything else about the accident. Mr. Wise was taken to Capital City Hospital where he spent three weeks. He suffered several broken facial bones including his jaw as well as a severe concussion. He says his doctor tells him it will take at least six months for the jaw to heal and there is real concern about whether the injury will affect his ability to play the sax.
Mr. Wise bought his Porsche used three months before the accident at Goosie Hoots Hot Cars and the owner, Goosie Hoots, is the salesman that sold him the car.

Smart guy looked up and down the alley, praying he wouldn't see a horde of maniacs at either, or both ends. “God Dammit,” Dummy growled as he tried to stand up. His feet slipped on the greasy scraps as he went down on his ass. Smart Guy couldn't help but laugh as he watched this poor slob wallow in the mounds of stinking garbage. As Dummy crawled out far enough away to gain his footing, he stood up and kicked at the trash.…
