The ROBLOX Assault Team TeamSpeak3 - Rules and Regulations
To ensure that everyone on the ROBLOX Assault Team Teamspeak can have both a safe, and enjoyable time, please read and follow these regulations. Punishment System
❖ Like ROBLOX, the RAT TS3 will be using a system of escalating discipline; meaning your ban time will escalate to a permanent ban for each offense depending on the severity of the offense
➢ First offenses should result in a kick from the server with a reason why they were kicked, without reason your kick will be recorded in the logs and be invalid. ➢ Offenses after that should result in a ban from the server at a time deemed necessary by the high command member dealing with the offender with a valid reason set in place.
➢ Permanent bans can only be given out to members who absolutely have no intention of stopping or when deemed fit by the Grand Admiral, or the Great
Admirals
➢ Moderators on the TeamSpeak have the final say regarding whether or not something breaks the rules. If you believe a Moderator is abusing this privilege, contact an individual with the rank of Admiral+ through PM.

Intermediate sanctions tend to overlap the issues that arise when a criminal is released back into society from incarceration. Most often, the offenders, once released, return back to prison within 1-5 years (Fagin, 265). The reasons vary, but most likely it’s because the offender has not had proper preparation on how to ease back into society after being locked up for so much time. Intermediate sanctions are criminal penalties that do not include jail time or probation. Rather, intermediate sanctions fall in the middle of these types of punishments and offer an alternative to them.…
