CEOs are usually thought as the people that do not support the minimum wage. However, the truth is CEOs actually do support the rise of the minimum wage. In a study of 1,000 business executives across the country, it was found, “Among the most interesting findings: 80 percent of respondents said they supported raising their state's minimum wage, while only 8 percent opposed it” (DePillis L,2016,PG.1). Therefore, Ceo’s are known for not supporting the rise of the minimum wage, though it is bogus. The majority support the rise of the minimum wage, the texts show how the only a few oppose it.
