The Reverse Brainstorming Model
There are various challenges to be faced for the potential solutions through the problem-solving process in an organization. Employee stress has also been identified as a major factor contributing to low productivity and conflicts. To deal with it, a company should implement programs which can provide psychological counseling to its workers. It should also consider extending certain benefits and services to their families to reduce the family related stresses. Stress management training should be incorporated in an organization’s training policies. Ultimately, there will be a high spirited feeling after reduction of work related stress.

In addition, problem-solving analytical tools deal with factors within the social-economic environment that are highly complicated. For instance, the processes are usually time consuming and requires finances. To achieve the objectives of adopting certain techniques implies that an organization has to utilize resources which in most cases had not been planned for

As more prominent work is easy to be identified, creative evaluation needs more concentration covering all the aspects including little details as well. However, an idea that seem to be less creative or where less efforts were seen may prove more complex as in this case. This is where the Reverse Brainstorming model proved most useful. It means that an idea which may initially seem easy to implement becomes more complicated when analyzed. The group felt that due to the number of variable factors involved in this problem, no solution could completely solve all issues. Therefore, a number of strategies will have to be employed. Finally by taking in to account the most important areas for problem solving, force field analysis was found easy to implement and enhanced the quality in terms of skills which led towards solution of
