However, when someone frustrates a person, they may not always be able to express their frustration/anger towards them because that person may have more power than them (their boss at work, or teacher at school). Therefore, they will displace their aggression toward an innocent third party. The innocent third party or scape goat may resemble the person who caused the frustration in several aspects such as gender or name they may also just be less powerful than the person who is angry or be in the wrong place at the wrong time to receive the aggression aimed at…

PART ONE – What method of evangelism did you use and how did you start the conversation? I used the Friendship method; I was drawn to that method because of the person in which I choose to witness to. My son was not my first choice, but it happen just as it was supposed to. I questioned the friendship method at first, but I came to understand friendship was just a metaphor for friends, family, stranger, and anyone else whom could fit into that category. I picked my son, because I felt he was the right person at that moment to witness to. He and I were engaged in a conversation about angel. Not the angel who are in Heaven, but the angel which there was a TV show that he and I use to love to watch once upon a time. Anyway, he was watching the DVD of the show in his room. There was a part that triggered his curiosity, so he came to ask me a question about it. I knew that was my opportunity to witness to him since he was already on the page about demons. I asked my son what if all of that was true about what was going on in the show, he said some of it is true. I asked him what part he thinks is true, he responded. The part when angel lost his soul. I asked him if angel lost his soul for real what would happen. He said they showed what would happen on the show, angel became a beast named Angelis. After that answer, I asked him, can I share something with you, he said share what? How good God is. “God is a good God; He is always there for you and me. He will give you everything your heart desire, all you have to do is ask. All he asks for in return is your love and devotion to him and only him. He said, you always ask me that. Then, I asked him do he believe Jesus died on the cross for our sins, he answered yes. Do you ever think about giving your life to the Lord? I began to tell him; remember when I told you I received Christ as my savior? It was a life changing experience for me; all kinds of…

Mandated reporters are individuals required by law to report suspected child abuse or neglect. These individuals are not investigators and therefore responsibility for proving whether abuse or neglect is actually taking place resides in special governmental organizations established for that specific reason. According to a report by the Office of the Auditor General (2015), Arizona has exceeded the national average of child abuse or neglect reports in federal fiscal years 2011 through 2013, a steady increase that is attributed to changes in legislature that expands the definitions of abuse and neglect.
