The Relevance of Noah’s Ark to Our Life In movie, there were two country called Sodom and Gomorrah. These two countries were frequently in war. In the last war which Noah participated in, Sodom was so happy about their triumph that God was angry. God decided to punish the evil people. Noah did not want this thing happened so he asked a favor of God hoping he would not die out all people. God asked Noah to write a list. If you were in the list, you would not die. People were all in jealousy and hostility that Noah could not find anyone he wanted to help. Noah chose his friend and his friend’s wife. They were looking for a safety place. His friend’s wife became a statue and his friend lost. God told Noah to make an ark. Everyone laughed at them and thought they were stupid. They finally made the ark by themselves and brought lots of animals with male and female into the ark. After seven days, the whole world was covered with water because of a big flood. Finally, God decrease the water and let the ark stopped in the mountain side. Therefore, Noah and the animals could start a new life. There are some similar points. First, God wanted to take away man whom he made because people were evil except Noah. Second, God told Noah to make an ark and brought a variety of animal with male and female. Third, after seven days, the water came over all the earth and all people and animals died. Fourth, God kept Noah in mind, and all the living things and the cattle which were with him in the ark so he let the water go back from the earth. I think these four points are the similarity between the movie and Bible. There are two different points. First, it did not mention that Noah helped Sodom to win the war in the Bible. In Bible, it just said that Noah was the only upright person in this generation that God had seen so God helped him and his family. Second, in Bible, it did not mention that Noah could take others to the ark except his family. In the movie, Noah took his
