The Rainforest Biome

The Rainforest biome helped the biospherians on their first mission by suppling them with essential materials for survival. The biome provided the biospherians with food, predominantly fruits but it also provided them with medical supplies. The biome supplied them with herbs and different types of plants that can have medical benefits. When creating the biome they did this on purpose because the biospherians had no physical contact with the out side world restricting their medical supplies. The rainforest biome also had another extreme benefit, because the large quantity of plants was able to sustainably convert Co2 to Oxygen. This played a key element in their survival because oxygen was very scarce.
