The Pros And Cons Of Slimquick
Slimquick states they have “breakthrough” formula that makes losing weight easier for women – in fact they claim their exclusive natural extract is so potent that is the most effective weight loss supplement for women. They state that the product works by speeding up your metabolism with a “BioPure Green Tea”. They cite a study that showed that women who were on a 1,350-calorie and used their product lost three times the weight of women who were only on a 1,350-calorie diet. Slimquick also offers a formula for men that also uses the BioPure Green Tea component along with antioxidants, calcium, vitamin D and zinc (Slimquick,2013).

The pill is recommended to be taken with a fat-containing meal, about 15 grams per meal. Alli should not be taken if the meal does not contain fat, and it states that you may likely experience a more-severe gastrointestinal side effects if you take it with a high-fat meal. Alli reduces the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, this includes beneficial nutrients beta carotene and vitamins A, D, E and K.
