The Pros And Cons Of Bringing Back The Wooly Mammoth

Satisfactory Essays
My opinion about bringing back the wooly mammoth would be have to be that we shouldn't. The food chain has changed over the last period of time and it is too late to bring back an animal that would soon die because of the new ecosystem. I think the huge dangers is one that the mammoth won't last long and 2 there is no point if the food chain and animal kingdom has evolved over time. It is too late for that and far too many extinctions to bring back a long gone specie. Scientists have come up with an idea to bringing back a species from a dead mammoth found frozen and well preserved. They are thinking of growing a cell inside the womb of a female elephant ( A close relative of the wooly mammoth) and bring back from extinction.
