Since things are not always as they seem, how can we have a view on everything that is happening. The only way to fix this problem is to enforce a law where all officers must wear a body camera at all times while out on the line of duty. Was the victim mistreated by the officer causing him to run away? Or was the officer wrongly accusing the boy when he approached the vehicle.
