I jolted from my bookish stupor, quickly hiding my newest book under my bed. I knew from experience that the Headmaster didn’t make empty threats, and I don’t know if I could handle having nothing to read in the upcoming weeks. When I sat down to interview a young 11 year old girl I didn't expect to receive the answers that I did. She does like to read and she is a very avid reader because she reads at least 30 minutes a day and owns about 14 books. The third question I asked her was the one that I wasn't expecting to get the answers that she gave me. Recently, she has read the entire Harry Potter series and the Percy Jackson series. This was surprising to me because when I was her age I wasn't reading these types of books and I haven't met any 11 year olds who have. These book series are lengthy chapter books that follow the story of two teens who live in a magical world. The Harry Potter series has seven books in total and the Percy Jackson series has three.…

According to your post, it seems we have some things in common, except I did not land my role in the healthcare field as of yet. I’m currently studying to obtain my Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, which is my short term goal. A long-term goal is to earn a Masters’ degree in Health Information Management. Procrastination has been my best friend since I can remember, I’m glad Kaplan has this type of curriculum to stay on track on a weekly basis. The tool I used to assist me in breaking some of the procrastination is the time management tool located in the Community Center/My Community/Webinars from the home page where there is a previously recorded session to guide you to work on the hindrance. Also, I started working…
