What does it take be a leader? Do you need to have knowledge, power and/or admiration of those around you? Can anyone become a leader? According to Riggio (2013), leadership is the ability to guide people to success. The path-goal theory expands on this definition by including that the leaders responsibility is to help the achieve the groups goals (Riggio,2013).
