In both essays, “Against school: How Public Education Cripples Our Kids, and Why” by John Taylor Gatto and “The Naked Source” written by Linda Simon, the problems with education system and how to reform it is demonstrated. They both declare that how courses curriculum ruins students’ curiosity and imagination by dividing them with test ratings. However, in order to make the best out of each person teachers must support student’s abilities. Talent development is essential in order to satisfy their infinite curiosity. Nowadays, obedient citizens are the product of obligatory schooling. Inevitably, It leads to mental exhaustion.
