The NCO Corps: Overcoming Obstacles And Challenges
The NCO Corps has to overcome many obstacles, and challenges in order to continue its development through the history. Since its foundation, the NCO Corps move forward with the purpose to develop leaders that are more professional, competent, and flexible. The continuous changes in operational environment forces a much greater and accelerated transformation of the NCO Corps than in the past decades. History shows that the lessons learned during various conflicts and wars were the basis of the professional development of the NCO Corps.
