50/50
50/50 was such a spontaneous movie to have seen, even though it had “simple” scenes in it and a basic plot of a “basic tragedy” life story of a man who finds out that he has cancer. But it's not just about a man with cancer and how he accepts his short cut of his life and died. No. This movie was more than just that, actually, the movie showed the man with cancer more than just a man who has cancer, which is why it made it interesting for me. This man did have a simple ordinary life yet; he, oh, so loved and had never seen anything wrong with it. Even when his best friend nags and nags about how his life was just so ordinary and boring. So once the young man finds out he was diagnosed with cancer he felt distraught of course as any other person would feel after they find something huge out like that. See you would think that nothing can go worse for him which I had also thought as well, given a man with an ordinary life finds out he has cancer what else can go wrong ?. Well, yes, it does get worse. Because sooner or later he finds out his girlfriend was cheating on him as well, but the thing is he didn’t find out about it by her or himself. He found out about it through his best friend. Which adds more rubbish on

50/50 When we first saw the trailer for the film 50/50 starring Joseph Gordon Levitt and Seth Rogan, we knew this was a must-see. The film’s rough story of a 20-something year old battling with “stage five back cancer” taught us that life is too short to sweat the small stuff. People go through tragic battles like disease and the possibility of dying when all we do is find ourselves complaining about small, narrow problems in life. Adam demonstrated true optimism and showed the audience that…

“50-50” by Langston Hughes In the poem “50-50” by Langston Hughes, the theme is about a lonely woman seeking love. She might be a young woman who left her family in the South and moved North during the Great Migration for better opportunities, and that might be the reason why she feels she is all alone in this world.
