The Log Ride-Personal Narrative
It is a cool fall day in Minnesota. I have just witnessed the Vikings beat the packers with the score of 14-17. We have just got back to the mall of America on the metro train and I see this tall kid. She has long blond hair, glasses, and is with what looks like her parents and little sister. I think that I recognize her so I start following them. Early on in the chase, I see her go into a Crayola store. So I went in too. I could not see her face quite yet so I just hid and waited for them to leave. At the store, they bought colored pencils, markers, crayons, and paper. It looked like she was going to create something. She walked out just before my friend Emma saw me and started talking to me. I quickly ended the conversation and barely saw her walking away. I started running to get a better glimpse of her. I noticed …show more content…
I swiftly purchase a ticket and get in line behind her. She still has not spied me. The log ride was extremely fun except for the fact that I got soaking wet. By the time that I had gotten off the ride she was already on the Spongebob ride. There was NO way I would follow her on that one. The wait for her to get done was not very long . As I stayed far behind her I could hear her talking on the phone with someone. I have just noticed that her parents and sister were no longer there. It must have been them who she was talking to. By now she had stopped to get some Coldstone. She ordered mint chip with chocolate on top. I ordered chocolate. At this point, I am pretty sure that it is her but still waiting until I am positive. The last place she went was a bookstore. Now I am positive that it is her. I mean who goes to the mall of America to go to a bookstore? A few aisles away I hear her mom yell “Avery I found a book you might like.” I finally Tapped her on the shoulder and said hi. Her response; “Why did you not say hi at the Crayola store and stalk me all the way to the

Climbing into the lime green car, my fear was over taking me. I was getting ready to ride the Titan, an adrenaline pumping roller coaster ride at Six Flags. It was easily the scariest ride at the park, in my opinion, with its enormous peaks, its deep descents, and double helix like turns was enough to make me sick. The ride began. Ascending up in the car on the canary yellow track, into the humidity filled, bright sky, the people observing from below resembled little army ants . The aerial view of Dallas was breathtaking, as I reached the peak of the ride and looked around. Passengers occupying the cars in front of me started falling off, like a cliff. I let out a high-pitched shrill, as we plummeted toward the Earth below. Traveling…

The day I took off on my 4 wheeler, and left my Mom and Dad in the dust. It started out awesome and fun, then turned out to be very scary. It was July 4, 2013, my family and I loaded up our 4 wheelers for a fun day in the great outdoors. We all unloaded our 4 wheelers, then took off out into the desert. I wanted to see how fast I could go around the sharp corners on dirt roads. It was so much. I was having so much fun seeing how fast I could drive my 4 wheeler, around the sharp dirt road corners, I never looked back.…

My owner is dead. I am alone now, left to face the frigid temperatures alone. The trail is long ahead, I just want to go to bed, but I can’t. The struggle is real, I cannot feel my paws nor see them under the powder snow. I keep moving, looking, and searching for a place to go; a place of warmth. The man can no longer make a fire for me to keep warm, and I am a dog that is acclimated to being warm. I have got to keep moving ahead and never tire. The obstacles ahead are going to be difficult to overcome. Backing down is not an option, doing what I have to do to survive is what I will do. You have no clue quitting is not in my vocabulary.…

The trail out back the beauty of nature and the smell of the fresh air. The leaves they’re falling all around you. As you walk the trail leads you to a big waterfall that not many people know about. As you just sit on the rock and watch the leaves fall while the sun sets it’s the most beautiful thing you could ever see. Listening to the birds make their music while lying on the rock besides the water. It’s calm and relaxing; However it can get a bit chilly. Sometimes if you take the four wheeler or dirt bike out back Zoey will run along side of you. Zoey is our dog she runs just as fast as the four wheeler does.
