The Life Of Rosa Parks
One last example is Rosa Parks she stood up for herself peacefully using words and was arrested. rosa parks was born on February 4th, 1913 she had early memories of discrimination and unfairness because of her color. One day after Rosa Parks finished work she got on the bus and sat on the “color section” part of the bus, then one man came and the bus was full, then the bus driver asked rosa parks to give up her seat and Rosa Parks refused, she was later arrested for this, as a result this started the boycott. Clearly, Rosa Parks stood up for herself without using violence. people can do things without violence getting involved, you can solve a problem with words and not violent
