The Legend Of Simpsonville Summary
Somewhere in Simpsonville, there was a girl that was blessed with the ability to sing. However, one day her voice was taken from her, and she had to do everything she could to get it back. The story starts when the girl, Ariail was born. She was born into a family with no musical talents. In her town, it was a terrible thing if you had any sort of musical talents. In her town, it was a terrible thing if you had any sort of musical gift - the leaders of Simpsonville would do everything they could to take it from you. One day, Ariail discovered her gift of singing and she was terrified. She knew that this wasn’t good for her. She decided to tell her dog what she had discovered. They supposed she was just being quiet so she didn’t have to explain. When they got home, they sent Ariail to her room and told her she was grounded for a long time. Ariail cried and cried, for she lost one of her favorite things. Her dog, Sullivan heard her crying and came into her room. She knew exactly what had happened. Sullivan told Ariail to get up, they were going to get her voice back. When they arrived at the police station, Sullivan told Ariail to go in and sit in the waiting room and distract the officer. When Sullivan went in she grabbed the vacuum and ran out the door, yelling at Ariail to come on as she ran. When they got back to the car, Sullivan told Ariail to try and sing and turned the vacuum on, and Ariail’s voice was returned back to her. Then, Sullivan destroyed the vacuum and threw it out the window, so the police couldn’t take any more voices away. Ariail sang and sang as much as she wanted, because her voice was no longer a secret. It was finally something she could share. She went home and sang to her parents and they were so proud of her for being able to sing, and making it possible for everyone else to enjoy
