The Joy Of God Power Analysis
In this sermonette of The Pain of Gun Powder, The Joy of God Power, the scripture readings will be coming from Romans 12:2, and Hebrews 10:30.
There have been many killings in this country. Every time you turn on the television, listen to the radio, and connect to social media, or opened the newspaper, we learn that many killings are destroying our society and innocent people lives have been a loss. The lost lives of the pastor's congregations due to the violence of the killer and the one killed. Some of these people may be amongst you in the congregation, and they bare called the silent killer. Not all killers are of the world; the congregants have gotten caught up in the worldly ways of handling conflict situations. These innocent lives destroyed, because of the violence and the right to bear arms. However, instead of gratitude, his cousin shot him in the chest at close up range and did not call the police, but left him and later came back like nothing happened. Can you imagine being there not for anyone, but for a relative, however at your last gasping breath, was not there for you, but God never left him alone. He was there holding his hand while caressing him in His bosom. The Bible says in Hebrew 13:5, "I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you." God was there all the time. Just as Joseph's brother meant evil against him, God turned the situation around according to Genesis 50:20, "you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive." God showed the family that our relative's death was a purpose for His glory, the guys he mentored and the strength and faith of some family

    Throughout its history, the United States has had a fascination with guns. Americans have used guns in times of war, for protection, and for hunting. Americans also use guns when they are intent on killing people. When violence happens in school shootings, drive-by shootings, assassination of public officials, or in the workplace and shopping malls, Americans demand something be done. This demand fuels the debate between gun rights and gun control activists. It fuels the debate over the interpretation of the Second Amendment. It fuels the debate on allowing citizens to carry concealed weapons in gun-free zones. This makes us ask the question: Should guns be banned from college campuses? Two recent college campus massacres have triggered a renewed interest in this debate. On the morning of April 16, 2007, a deeply troubled young man named Seung Hui Cho used two pistols to murder thirty-two students and faculty members, as well as killing himself, at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia (Feldman 284). The second incident happened on February 14, 2008 at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. The twenty-seven year old gunman, Steven Kazmierczak, walked into a lecture hall with three handguns and a shotgun and fired fifty-four rounds from the weapons. He fatally shot five students and himself and wounded sixteen others (Goldman). These two incidents have brought the gun control vs. the gun rights debate back to the college campuses. The heart of the debate focuses on whether allowing concealed weapons in a college classroom setting can save lives if a similar catastrophe happens again.     The introduction of Power MOSFET was originally regarded as a major threat to the power bipolar transistor. However, initial claims of infinite current gain for the power MOSFETs were diluted by the need to design the gate drive circuit capable of supplying the charging and discharging current of the device input capacitance. This is especially true in high frequency circuits where the power MOSFET is particularly valuable due to its inherently high switching speed. On the other hand, MOSFETs have a higher on state resistance per unit area and consequently higher on state loss. This is particularly true for higher voltage devices (greater than about 500 volts) which restricted the use of MOSFETs to low voltage high frequency circuits (eg. SMPS). With the discovery that power MOSFETs were not in a strong position to displace the BJT, many researches began to look at the possibility of combining these technologies to achieve a hybrid device which has a high input impedance and a low on state resistance. The obvious first step was to drive an output npn BJT with an input MOSFET connected in the Darlington configuration. However, this approach required the use of a high voltage power MOSFET with considerable current carrying capacity (due to low current gain of the output transistor). Also, since no path for negative base current exists for the output transistor, its turn off time also tends to get somewhat larger. An alternative hybrid approach was investigated at GE Research center where a MOS gate structures was used to trigger the latch up of a four layer thyristor. However, this device was also not a true replacement of a BJT since gate control was lost once the thyristor latched…
