My cousin Tanu had to make all these big decisions. She moved from India to Canada for the betterment of her life; in the result, she had to overcome many obstacles to achieve success.The manner in which Tanu encountered all the barriers is very inspiring, and I will always be inspired by her.
Tanu had a lot courage to leave everything behind and start a new life. Couple years back in India, I remember overhearing a conversation of Tanu and my mom. Tanu explained that she was physically ready to go to Canada, but not mentally prepared. Tanu had never gone away from her family,
In Tanu’s case this statement is completely wrong; she is someone who is selfless, generous, and caring. It is so inspiring that in difficult times, she focuses less on herself and more on others. One of the main reasons Tanu came to Canada was to get a education. She did not want to get a good education for herself, but wanted to fulfill her parents dream. Tanu’s parents did not receive any education; being the reason, her parents wanted to provide her the best education. That called for studying abroad, in other terms, Canada. Tanu chose Canada, because the immigration laws are less strict. After finishing her education and settling down, she planned to apply her parents for residency. Currently, Tanus’ goal is to give back her parents everything they provided for her. Tanu faced many difficulties in the process of living her parents dream, but that hasn't stopped her from being generous and selfless. This summer, me and my sister visited Tanu and stayed in Canada for a solid 2 weeks. For the first half, me and my sister stayed with her alone. This is the moment I realized how generous and caring she was. Everyday Tanu would take care of me and my sister and made us breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tanu never let us realize that our mother was not around. One day we went out to shop and eat. While shopping, I really admired a pair of earrings, but I did not have enough
In the process, she had overcome many obstacles. The manner in which Tanu encountered all the obstacles is very inspiring, and I will always remember her for her courage, positivity, and generosity. First of all, she set all her fears aside and decided to settle in a foreign country. Secondly, regardless of all the negative things in her life, she remained positive. Lastly, she is so generous that she puts others concerns before hers. Tanu is a person in my life that I will always be inspired by and I will never forget
