Elizabeth, I totally agree with your comments about speeding I to find myself not paying attention to my speed. I also noticed that when I’m listening to certain songs it makes me drive faster because of the beat or the words. Motivating yourself to exercise is very hard i recently started running more and I haven’t been able to lately and I have noticed that I just don’t want to run now.

    I will never ever speed again. Speeding cost way too much time and aggravation to continue speeding. This ticket has made me realize that all speeding does is put me and other people in danger and waste a lot of gas. And in these economic times wasting gas isn’t the best idea.
