A personal accomplishment of mine that sets me apart, not from the individuals of SFA or my community per se, but from my family, is that I am the first person to go to a four-year university with an end goal in mind. Both, my mother and father, attended a community college, but only completed about two semesters each. Neither of them knew what they wanted to gain from college, they simply attended because they thought it was what they were supposed to be doing. However, I have an end goal. I know I want to have a career in the psychology department, either as a clinical psychologist or a forensic psychologist, and I know I will eventually have to go to graduate school after my first four years. Over the thirteen years I’ve been alive, I have learned that nothing you want comes easily. As Milton Berle once said, “If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.” Milton’s quote has made such a huge impact on my life because it inspires me to make my own opportunities and reach for my most massive goals. For example, to become a physical therapist or a marine biologist you need a very superb education which includes, background knowledge of many different forms of math and science. When you want a good education in your future you have to work at it way before you get to college. As a middle school student involved in many athletics, I have to continue to do my best and strive for greatness. When it comes to…

Well, indeed it is basically an achievement but personally, I do believe that this things doesn’t matter the most, instead a person’s unexplainable feeling of happiness he/she felt whenever he/she do his/her craft is what I consider as the most marvelous richness of a human experience.…
