The IBE Program Essay

age don’t have. Educationally I believe I’ve benefited from the program because I’ve leant lifelong skills that would play and extensional role in my professional and personal life. Be it when I am working for a company or trying to start my own company. The IBE has provided me with motivation and I think that I have found my true potential as leader true this program and I believe that employers would see that as important skill being someone that is fresh out of college with little or no experience. This program shows that the university is invested in producing a real world experience for their student. And they really want to see their student succeed. Though the IBE program, I have leant my strengths and limitations in current field placement settings. More importantly, however, the essential aspect this program is that I can recount meaningful experiences in practicum field placements, and we were given the freedom to explore these experiences in a different ways.
The IBE program was a grate learning experience for me because I challenged myself to try something new which was putting myself out there by applying for a leadership position. Something I would usually never do. I realized that I take a lot of personal discipline to be a leader and to get people to trust and respect you. Going for a leadership position I knew how much work it would be but what I didn’t know was how well I found fit into that role. Working with my group started off pretty simple and it got complicated really fast. Every one of my team members wanted something different. It was hard to get everyone to agree on one thing. I tried to lead by example. Inspired members of my team by motivating them using examples and excitement. When applied to my peers it is sometimes easier to have them see how something works rather than tell them to do it,
